One of the highlights of this renovation is the showcase stair. We used reclaimed local fir for the treads and built a landing that penetrates through glass, creating a striking piece to elevate the home. Staircases are a great way of incorporating unique architectural features and materials, acting as a functional focal point to add some real magic to a luxury build. 

Bringing the outside in

When the rainforest is in your backyard, you want to spend as much time in it as possible. Amazing Grace embodies that by creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience for our client. 

A five-panel Eclipse door from the main living area opens out to an expansive back patio, complete with fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The perfect spot to entertain guests or take in the surroundings.
