Naikoon’s beautiful Oceanfront Squamish Presentation Centre and Public House just won gold at the VRCA Awards of Excellence Gala in the “General Contractors – Up to $15 Million” category, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
There’s a high calibre of constructors in Greater Vancouver, so we’re humbled to have been chosen and pleased to compete amongst them.

About the project:
Naikoon’s Oceanfront Squamish Presentation Centre and Public House is a beacon for a new waterfront community—delivered with precision, resilience, and purpose. Built using mass timber and advanced digital modeling, the project combines speed with sustainability. Despite coastal weather and mid-winter conditions, our team erected the building in just six weeks. The design celebrates Squamish’s natural beauty and industrial heritage through reclaimed cedar, galvanized metal, and expansive glazing. Our respectful collaboration with the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation and women-led project team speaks to our values. This high-performance, carbon-sequestering space now serves as a gathering place that inspires connection to land, culture, and future.
